[DVD] When Alex graduated from high school, he had two goals. He wanted to get a good paying job as quickly as possible so he could be on his own and he wanted to work in a green industry. This is the story of how Alex moves toward his goals as he searches for his first full-time job and faces the challenges of the first six months at Zephyr Industries, a wind technology company. This is a very wide-ranging video encompassing bits and pieces of run up to a first job and the first few months on the job. The video lacks enough depth to teach the specific skills. However, it is a good discussion starter for an end-of-year review – or possibly as an introduction to the process of looking for and beginning that first job. The design lends itself to viewing in short segments with discussion throughout. |
